Reflecting on my life experience, my passion for people and relationships has always been a driving force, despite feeling ostracized, overlooked, and rejected. My earliest recollection of coaching a relationship is around 6th grade, where I found joy in helping friends navigate their social challenges. These challenges instilled in me a deep desire to please others, often at the expense of my authenticity. Losing my identity was the understated consequence.
Later in life, I started a journey of self-rediscovery, reclaiming my voice and purpose. This journey empowered me to guide others—both individuals and organizations—through similar journeys of self-discovery.
I firmly believe that the pain many experience stems from losing their voice. Rich Dynasty Consulting is dedicated to helping individuals and organizations reclaim and amplify their voices, enabling them to fulfill their unique purposes and leave a positive impact on the world.
